In-Person Taproom Gear Shop Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, your purchase may still be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • To complete your refund, exchange, or store credit, we require a receipt showing point of purchase at Indeed Brewing Company Minneapolis or Milwaukee. 
  • In order for your merchandise to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, maker, or clothing brand.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

      Sale items:
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. Please stop by for more information.

      Exchanges:
      We only replace items if they are the wrong size, gifted, defective, or damaged (due to our error). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please stop by in person to the Indeed Brewing Company Taproom where the purchase was made.

        We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange items after 30 days have passed.

        Online Merchandise Returns

        • Our policy lasts 30 days from the shipment of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since shipment of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, your purchase may still be eligible for an exchange.
        • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
        • Photos must be taken of defective or damaged products in order for your return to be considered.

        Non-returnable items: 

        • Gift cards
        • All consumable THC/CBD products

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product.

        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

        • Any item not in its original condition or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
        • Shipping costs will only be refunded on product that arrived broken or defective

        Taproom Pick-up Orders:
        If you place an order for pickup from the Minneapolis taproom and do not pick it up within 60 days of receiving the pickup notification, your order will be refunded and restocked.

        Refunds:
        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        If your refund is accepted, but you haven't received your refund yet:
        First, check your bank account again or contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
        Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
        If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@indeedbrewing.com.

        Sale items:

        Shipping:

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        If you'd like to save on return shipping costs and return your item(s) directly to one of our taprooms, please email store@indeedbrewing.com and we can arrange a time for you to drop off. Our taproom staff do not manage online orders and cannot initiate your refund - you must contact store@indeedbrewing.com.

        If your product was damaged in shipping or arrived defective in the box, Indeed Brewing Company will reimburse all return shipping costs with merchandise or by gift card upon replacing the defective item.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
