Shipping policy
We're a small business with a small team - please be patient! Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 3 business days, but occasionally may take longer. Note: Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays are not business days.
All online exclusive items have an extended ship time due to the fact that they are made on-demand and shipped directly from the vendor. The estimated delivery time on these items can be found directly on the item page. We are happy to check on the status of these items for you, but cannot expedite or cancel them after the order has been submitted to our vendor.
If it's been less than a week since you placed your order, just give us a couple more days to finish packing up your item(s). If it's been 7+ days since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please leave a message for us via your invoice or online shop account. This is the most efficient way to communicate with us, as any queries you submit through your online shop account are automatically linked to your order and billing information.
